Input - Connect to external files containing unstructured data columns.

Create Keywords - User defined keywords to be used to retrieve from unstructured comments the rows that matches the Questions created:

1.     Who (Noun) – First Name, Last Name, Title, Person NBR.

2.     What – Keyword of the main target (Checks, Letter, etc.)

3.     Action (Verb) – (Purchased, Requested, Cancelled, etc.)

4.     VIA (How) - (Cell, Internet, Mail, Phone, UPS, etc.)

5.     Where (Location) – City, State, Zip Code.

 

Create Questions – User defines question(s) with selected user defined keywords that retrieves from unstructured comments the rows that matches the subject/target that fits the desired profile(s):

6.     Question NBR. (Enter a numeric number to identify the question.

7.     Who (Target Noun Keyword) - First Name, Last Name, Title, Person ID.

8.     What (Target Subject Keyword) - Checks, Correspondence, etc.

9.     Action – (Target Verb) – Purchased, Sent, Received, etc.

10.   VIA – (Target How performed) -­ Email, UPS etc.

Charts - Visual Graphs and Pie Charts representation of search results.

Results - lists matching rows for each question entered.

Export - to Excel for printing or sourcing to other applications.
